MINIMAL LEARNING TIME
The controller is designed with an innovative dynamic function. Each step of machine set-up is guided by intuitive and illuminated keys, thus minimizing the learning time and reducing the risk of operator error.
Using machine tool experience, the GT series has one of the most stable and efficient designs available on a bandsaw. Both material and saw frame positioning are controlled by servo motors, used in combination with low resistance and high rigidity slideways.
Built from the ground up on a large steel base, provides a solid support for the whole machine. The double column structure used, gives exceptional stability and smoothness during high-speed cutting. All of these machine tool design features minimize vibration which in turn increase blade life and reduces overall operational costs.
With all of the above design features and machine tool knowledge. The GT series machines are able to use either Bi-Metal or Carbide bandsaw blades.
