International Tube and Fittings (ITF) are happy with their new cutting facility designed by Prosaw. This cutting system is capable of sawing the tubes in bundles for an increased productivity and a more efficient process.
Malvern Tubular Components Ltd were in need of a more efficient tube sawing facility and contacted Prosaw that supplied the Bomar Bandsaw. This machine increased their productivity, enabled production cost savings and cut with a spectacular accuracy.

When Cogne were contracted to supply stainless steel components that required completion in a time of less than 4 hours - compared to the more usual 60 hours, they turned to Prosaw to find a solution to a problem that even the most recently developed high speed production bandsaw was unable to fulfill.
A visit to Prosaw’s showroom enabled Celsa to look at several bandsaw alternatives. They decided that the Bomar SL520, a heavy duty, twin pillar bandsaw with a large 720 wide capacity suited their needs best. The compact design enabled it to fit in to the tight space restrictions of Celsa’s existing production plant.
