With its CNC robotic arm, HARE detects the material surfaces accurately point-to-point and carries out calibration, minimising manual intervention and enhancing your production cost-efficiency. HARE eliminates the need to rotate the part for under-surface processing thanks to its 6+2 axes robotic arm, it can process all sides of the material with speed and accuracy at all desired angles.
HARE’s automated infeed and outfeed conveyor systems are designed to accelerate the material handling process with an advanced roller feed system which eliminates profile length limitations.
Boost productivity with the two-way cross transfer system, materials are transferred into the automated processing line without interruption, ensuring maximum efficiency and minimising the need for manual intervention by operators.
The Byred software utilises advanced cutting techniques without the need for programming, controls the part in 3D automatically calculating parts for cutting, and groups the parts due to advanced Nesting software. RoboCut automatically calculates the optimal cutting angle, speed and axes for cutting parts and ensures that the plasma torch stays close to the material without the risk of collision. Integrates with Tekla, Byred imports DSTV and DSTV+ files with ease.
