Maximum production rates and optimum blade life with minimum operator input.
Intelligent blade deflection monitor slows the feed and speed to to maintain a square cut
Included is a high performance gearbox specially sized for large loads at low revolutions. The powerful saw drive motor and gear box provide the best torque and power for a wide range of materials.
The band saw range has sufficient flexibility to allow higher or lower blade speeds depending on the material to cut.
Both guiding arms are independent from the mobile clamps and are driven by hydraulic cylinders; the arms are provided with sensors to detect the position in order to be as close as possible to the cutting line, so that the guiding arm is automatically adjusted to the piece width. During the cutting process, the mobile arms are blocked by hydraulic pistons in order to ensure the cutting quality.
Material fastening is done at either side of the blade, avoiding burrs, as material remains totally fastened until the cutting operation is completed. Any manual adjusting of the material width is not required: the stroke is fully automatic.
Both vices are independent facilitating loading and adjusting of heavy pieces. It is not necessary to align the piece against any reference. Because both vices and arms can be moved, these can be adjusted to the piece, thus saving on positioning the workpiece.
