Our in-house engineering facility supports and compliments our on-site after sales support. Hot-line support - a team of engineers to get you going quickly, help and advice are always available. Spares - computerised stock of parts ready to be dispatched on the same day, which means there is no waiting.

In house support provided by fully qualified and experienced service engineers to assist with fault finding over the phone.

If it is a problem that cannot be fixed with advice from our engineers over the telephone, we will organise an engineer service visit or send spares and/or saw blades that can be despatched on the same day.

Machines can be made bespoke to suit particular applications with the ability to provide automated solutions as required or alternatively a machine can be purpose built to suit your needs, as an example this could include marking, deburring, weighing and attached robotic systems.
