"This is the Greatest Show" MACH 2020
With a stand measuring 180m2, Prosaw will be taking part in the UK’s largest Machinery Exhibition at the NEC from April 20th to the 24th.
On display will be more than 15 machines, from manual bandsaws through to fully automatic mitre cutting machines. Representing 9 different manufacturers from around the world the 5 day event will see Prosaw display equipment never seen before at MACH including a multi spindle drilling unit from Akyapak and a Vertical Mitre Bandsaw all the way from HydMech in Canada!
Other machines which will be under power and working during the show include the MEGA CS150S which has now been a part of the show for the past decade. The CS machine once again will be running with the CX Connection Cut Blade made by Dutch Blade Manufacturer, Kinkelder. Demonstrating why this machine continues to be the most popular carbide circular saw for harder metals, Prosaw will have a selection of materials from Aerospace Grade Stainless to Induction Hardened Chrome on hand ready to show to customers who are looking to increase throughput and reduce man hours!
Making a return this year is the Yilmaz AIM series Aluminium Machining Centre. At the 2018 show Prosaw displayed the 3 axis machine but NEW for MACH2020 is the AIM4420, 4 Axis model. This machine allows for a profile to be machined on 3 sides with no movement of the material. The 4th Axis also allows for the use of a 7” TCT blade for notching and other sawing applications. Yilmaz also manufacture a wide range of Sawing machines and Aluminium processing equipment for use in automotive and construction applications.
One star of the show will be the Akyapak 3 ADM Drilling Machine. Designed and built by Akyapak this 3 Spindle Drill has independent heads allowing for drilling, tapping, countersinking and scribing all at the same time on all three sides of a steel section. The machine can either standalone or be part of a complete sawing and drilling system with material cross transfers.
Prosaw sales team will be available all week to discuss individual customer needs and give personalised walks through the stand and introduce visitors to their extensive range.
