Standard Specification
- Belt driven selected blade speeds of 25, 32, 42, 55, 70 & 80m/min
- Split front vice to minimise burr by clamping both sides of the material either side of the blade
- Blade width 34mm
- Very heavy-duty construction for cutting of solid billets including stainless steels and inconels
- Hydraulic bow lift and hydraulic vices
- Hydraulic blade tension for easy blade change and accurate, fast cutting
- Shadow lamp positioned above blade to aid accurate positioning of material
- Recirculating coolant system
- Serrated, hydraulic lift roller within the bed of the machine raises when the vices are unclamped
