Circular Saw Blades

blades for Circular sawing machines

Sections, solids, stainless steel tubes and mild steel are all materials which can be suitably cut by a circular saw with a SHSS blade (Super High Speed). These can be run at appropriate rotation blade speeds for these type of components.

For sawing aluminium, plastics and other non ferrous materials, a TCT blade (Tungsten Carbide Tipped) would be fitted to the machine. The blade speed is very important when it comes to cutting different types of material.

A large range of circular saw blades including SHSS, TCT and CERMET blades, are kept in stock for fast despatch.

.

SHSS

Super High Speed Circular Saw Blades are used for a variety of applications including cutting solids and sections.

Available in varying sizes and tooth pitches to suit every machine and work piece.

TCT

Tungsten Carbide Tipped Circular Saw Blades are used for cutting Aluminiums and PVC materials.

These blades can be re-sharpened and used over and over again. Their design and ability to run at high speeds produces a very clean cut.

CERMET

Cermet Circular Saw Blades have been developed to cut steel tubes and solid materials such as stainless steel, carbon steel and tool steel.

Most are specified with a sophisticated PVD coating to protect and extend the life of the saw blade tips.
