A mineral oil based soluble metalworking fluid

Description: A general purpose chlorine free soluble oil forming a milky emulsion. It is suitable for a wide range of non-arduous machining operations on both ferrous and non-ferrous materials where a cost effective, general purpose coolant is required. It demonstrates improved sump life over more conventional soluble oils and provides a high degree of machine tool lubrication.

Description: Biodegradable neat cutting fluid based on a synthesised ester derived from a fatty acid of vegetable origin and is formulated to provide outstanding cutting performance while having high levels of operator acceptability.
Ultra-low odour, low misting product capable of providing the ultimate surface finish on a variety of metal grinding and cutting operations, and is particularly suitable for machining aluminium. This ultra-high lubricity cutting fluid promotes extended tool life and increased production rates.

Description: A high viscosity index hydraulic fluid with multigrade characteristics. It is manufactured from highly refined base oils which have good oxidation resistance lowering the possibility of gums and lacquers and carefully selected additives and special viscosity index improvers, which offer superior viscosity/temperature characteristics.
It is particularly beneficial where extremes of ambient temperatures are encountered.

High performance machine system cleaner

Description:
Machine System Cleaner is a highly effective, formaldehyde free biocidal cleaning agent designed for the sterilisation of machine tools where water-mix metalworking fluids are employed.
Machine System Cleaner is highly effective at lifting oily residues and swarf from heavily contaminated systems, whilst at the same time killing bacteria and fungal spores.
Used at a concentration of 2%, HD System Cleaner should be added to the in-use metalworking fluid and circulated for between 24 and 48 hours prior to fluid change. The “old” fluid should then be drained from the machine and the system flushed with fresh clean water before the machine is filled with a new charge of metalworking fluid.
